Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing meaningful services and products through The Lady and The Voice. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable workbooks, card games, templates, and guides) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and accessed.

2. Services (Workshops, Coaching, Speaking Engagements)

Refunds for scheduled services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.

3. Event Tickets

Refunds for live event tickets (virtual or in-person) are not guaranteed. However, if an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will offer a refund or credit toward a future event.

4. Merchandise

If you purchased physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories), you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
